Does anyone know whether Leibnitz might have read or had contacts with any classical Indian texts? Would he have encountered reports from Jesuits who had been in Goa for example? or any other means of encountering pieces of traditional Indian philosophy?
Any leads wold be deeply appreciated.

Can't really help you, but perhaps the best thread would be in the area of binary code and calculus, as quick googling shows.
